Using Calistry
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity completed through your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorised use, fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
Product information and care
We aim to show accurate photographs, descriptions, prices and availability. Colours and finishes can appear differently across screens and lighting conditions. Fashion jewellery and anti-tarnish pieces have different intended use and care needs; always read the product description and care guidance before purchase. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercise and applying fragrance.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is placed. An order is subject to stock availability and our acceptance. We may need to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or incorrect customer information; if payment has already been collected, an applicable refund will be arranged. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Calistry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
