Information we collect
Depending on how you use Calistry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, saved delivery addresses, account sign-in details, order details, customer-support messages and marketing preferences. We may also collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and cookie preferences.
How we use information
We use this information to create and protect your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the website, meet legal or accounting obligations and send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it. You can opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us.
Payments and trusted providers
Card, UPI and other payment details are processed by Razorpay or another enabled payment provider. Calistry does not store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials in WordPress. Providers may process information under their own privacy policies to complete payment, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
Accounts, addresses and access
Your Calistry profile is private to your signed-in account. You may save more than one delivery address and choose an address at checkout. Other customers cannot view your profile, addresses or orders. Do not share your password; contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the website, bag and account working. Where enabled, analytics and advertising tools may use cookies or similar technologies to understand website performance and campaign effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may then not work correctly.
Sharing, retention and security
We share only the information needed with service providers that help us run Calistry, including payment processors, delivery partners, website hosting and customer-support tools.
