Track an order or check delivery details

After placing an order, use your order confirmation and the delivery updates sent to your registered email address. Standard delivery is shown at checkout; faster delivery, where offered, is selected there too. Delivery estimates can change because of destination, courier operations, weekends or public holidays.

If you need help with an existing order, email us with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

Please contact Calistry before returning a product. Include your order number, the item name and clear photographs if the item has arrived damaged or incorrect. We will review the request and explain the next steps based on the order, item condition and applicable return information.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay resolution. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where applicable.

Keep every piece looking its best

• Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercise and applying fragrance.
• Store pieces separately in a clean, dry pouch to help avoid scratches and tangling.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid chemical cleaners unless product guidance specifically permits them.
• Read the individual product page because materials and finishes can have different care needs.
