Shipping your Calistry order

Your available delivery options and any delivery charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard delivery and any faster delivery option are selected by you at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to location, courier operations, weekends, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.

Please review the recipient name, phone number, full address and postal code carefully before completing your order. If you need to change something after ordering, contact support as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

We use the email address provided at checkout for order information. Keep your order number available when you contact us, so the support team can find the correct order quickly.

Contact us before sending anything back

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need return guidance, contact Calistry first with the order number, item name and photographs where helpful. We will assess the request and confirm the appropriate next step for that order.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Return eligibility and any refund are considered against the item condition, the relevant order information and applicable consumer rights. Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment route where applicable.

Care before and after delivery

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercise and applying fragrance. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch and follow the care details shown on its product page. Different materials and finishes have different care needs.
